The Coach agrees to provide the following customized coaching services (“Program”):
Coaching Sessions (August 2025 – August 2026):
24 Total Sessions (1 hour each), delivered biweekly (twice per month) for 12 months
Program Inclusions:
Total Investment: $7,500
Payment Options:
– Paid in full: $7,500 due at start of program
– Monthly installments: $750/month (10 payments)
Late Payments: 5% fee applies after 7 days past due. Unpaid balances may pause services.
Format: Video conference (Zoom/Google Meet) or phone
Punctuality: Sessions start and end on time
All discussions remain confidential unless legally required to disclose.
By participating in the program, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide license to use your testimonials (written, audio, video) for marketing, including but not limited to:
Not Therapy: Coaching is not a substitute for counseling or mental health treatment
Client Responsibility: Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching process
Termination: Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice. Unused fees are non-refundable
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the USA
Amendments: Any changes must be agreed upon in writing
Entire Agreement: This document supersedes all prior discussions and agreements
